Tech & Research Help


Library staff are available for one-on-one tech and research help by appointment. Please select a date and time slot below and fill out the provided form. Please provide specifics so staff can be best prepared to address your question. Appointment slots are one hour long.

 


Library staff can assist with:

  • Basic tech assistance
  • Accessing our databases or e-media sites
  • Job search and resumé questions
  • Exam proctoring

Library staff CANNOT assist with:

  • Teaching how to use a device in its entirety
  • Filling out application forms
  • Providing transcription services
  • Providing interpretation services
  • Tutoring
  • Fixing hardware
  • Password recovery
  • Handling financial information
