Computers, Copy & Print
The Merrimack Public Library is home to several desktop computers available for public use.
- Main floor: 8 public use computers, each loaded with Microsoft Office software and Internet access, and 2 with removable privacy screens.
- Teen room: 2 gaming speed computers, each loaded with Microsoft Office software and Internet access.
The library also has several laptops available for on-site use. Please refer to our Laptop Circulation Policy for more information.
Users who do not have a Merrimack Public Library card may visit our Patron Services Desk to receive a guest pass to use the computers.
Unfortunately, the library does NOT have a fax machine on the premises for public use. There is, however, a public fax at the following locations in town:
- Reeds Ferry Market (601 Daniel Webster Hwy, by Tortilla Flat Restaurant - 603-424-5371)
- Postal Center USA (379 Amherst Street, in Somerset Plaza off Exit 8 - 603-882-6245)
- The UPS Store (20A Northwest Blvd, Nashua, NH 03063, off 101A near Market Basket near South Merrimack - 603-595-4433)
Printing, copying, and scanning of black and white and/or color documents is available in house. Documents can be scanned free of charge.
Prints can be made on letter or legal sized paper. Printing and copying services are subject to the following costs:
- $0.15 per black and white side
- $0.55 per color side
Please note that in-house printing can be paid for with cash, coin, or card.
Remote printing is available via Princh during the library's operating hours. Print from home, our parking lot, or anywhere else with Internet access by downloading the app on your smart device or visting print.princh.com.
Our Princh printer-ID is 103013.
Remote printing may only be paid for via credit card, debit card, or PayPal and is subject to the following costs:
- $0.15 per black and white side
- $0.55 per color side
The library does not charge credit card transaction fees for remote printing.

The library provides public access Wi-Fi on library property 24/7. Residents are permitted to use the parking spaces nearest the main library entrance to access the Wi-Fi while the library is closed. If you are unable to make it to the library to use our Wi-Fi, Xfinity provides other hotspots throughout Merrimack.
Patrons visiting the library with their own wireless-ready laptop computers or other mobile devices can simply boot up their network software and connect to "Library" or "Library-5."
Wi-Fi users are responsible for protecting their own privacy. The service is available on both floors of the library as well as in the library parking lot, though signal strength may vary. Please view our Public Internet Access Policy for more information.
